What if my item is not returned or is stolen?

That's why at Mutterfly we have high-security standards to ensure the item is returned safely back to the lender.

1. There is a security deposit charged on each item by Mutterfly.

2. Mutterfly verifies the customer's address at the time of delivery and also collects the customer's original Government ID proof. This is held by Mutterfly during the transaction and customer signs an agreement stating any loss or damage exceeding the deposit will be payable by the customer

3. Upon collection, the item is thoroughly inspected by Mutterfly team to ensure there is no damage.

4. In case of any damage, Mutterfly holds the deposit and ID proof and ensures the item is repaired / replaced to it's original state.
